Letter from the owner and founder:
Because the serious Log Home Buyer has done their homework
leaving no stone unturned and tries to be educated, knowledgeable, and informed
on what they are buying before they buy, I commend you on your research and
thank you for allowing me the time to tell you about our company.
I know that at one time or another we have all dreamed of living
in a log home. This is why I have dedicated the better part of my past to
the log home industry. Believe me when I say, I have done my
homework. I have spent years as a builder, building log homes manufactured
by many different large and small log home companies. I was a
builder/dealer for a nationally known log home company and I was always trying
to learn how to do and make things better. But, it wasn't until I went to
work as a Production Manager and Technical Advisor for a large company that I
realized the overhead, the cost to manufacture and market the product.
Therefore, when I started my own company I chose to keep the overhead down by
eliminating expensive advertising and marketing. Our best advertising
comes from our satisfied customers. The strength of our company is in our
personnel's dedication to modern technology and product quality.
I have traveled the country speaking at seminars and trouble
shooting log home problems. Yes, believe me there have been
problems. For every positive thing you hear about log homes, you will hear
two or more that are negative. This is the very reason why I took the
challenge to do something about it. I've spoken with hundreds of people
concerning their log home problems, most of which were not uncommon to the log
home industry, and tried to find and develop the solutions. But, sometimes
it is hard to undo what is already done. Experience has taught me: the
best way to correct a problem is to eliminate the cause. To assure our
customers the highest quality product, our logs go through numerous inspections
and tests. Every Wooden Indian Log Home is actually pre-erected at our manufacturing
facility in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, an area well known for its craftsmanship,
before it is shipped to the job site.
After consulting with Foresters, Lumberman, Engineers, and
Technicians I learned how to create the high-tech log home without changing any
of the beauty, warmth, and charm of a log home, and all the while keeping the
cost down. We believe that after quality and service, what the customer
wants most is the very best possible price. But that isn't all they
want. I've learned through the years that what the "consumer"
wants is what THEY want. After all, isn't that why you're buying a log
home?
I offer to you any size, type, style, shape, or species of log
you want. Also any style, shape, or size home you want. With or
without high-tech features. You design your own home, not a home that some
Manufacturer, Dealer, or Sales Representative wants to sell you from an
expensive brochure. I will supply you with the best quality, service, and
technology at the lowest cost
I would also like to extend to you a personal invitation to
come to my 8000 square custom log home and main offices form my company.
Either my wife Brenda or myself would be very happy to give you a personalized
tour, one I know you will enjoy!
I know you will have your "dream house" someday and
may you live happily ever after in it..................
